Event Operations Centres / Event Control Centres
The primary purpose of the Event Operation Centre (EOC) or Event Control Room (ECR) is to facilitate communications between teams across the site and assist operations.

We use custom designed software to manage all communications, logs and incidents. Post event we generate reports that are presented to our clients.
The EOC/ECR involves representatives from Spectrum Event Services, Event Organisers, Event Security, Medical and Emergency Services Agencies.
Accreditation Management
In its simplest form, event accreditation is a means to identify event staff, artists, special guests and general admission patrons.
All accreditation is traditionally handed out during check-in, with details including name, contact number and organization, and a photo of the workforce to ensure it doesn't get into the wrong hands. Unless you're a general admission patron, then the above won't happen, and they will likely be receiving event wristbands or other forms of patron identification.
Workforce Management
Workforce management (WFM) is the process that maximizes performance levels and competency for an organization.
The process includes all the activities needed to maintain a productive workforce, such as human resource management, performance and training management, data collection, recruiting, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and payroll.
